CARLOS FLORES
Carlos Flores is the third partner at Roco4x4 and is originally from San Pedro Sula, Honduras. Flores' family had been involved in the automotive industry back in Honduras for many years. His grandfather created Valentin Flores y Cia, the exclusive importer for Toyota vehicles into Honduras. After the unfortunate passing of his father, Flores spent most of his time in the back roads with his uncle Guillermo Hepburn off-roading in early generation Jeeps. Flores was originally a customer of Roco4x4, and after many business transactions and business plans written in paper napkins he officially joined the team in 2011. His creativity, photography background and business acumen was the perfect match for the team. His focus became expanding the Roco4x4 brand globally via social media, print advertising and event planning.
ELDER DÍAZ
Elder Díaz, born in Tegucigalpa, Honduras.
Always passionate about ad marketing trends, his bent has always been avant-garde.
He has worked as a telemarketer, head of marketing for a mass consumer company and for the entertainment business; has also managed social projection and humanitarian aid projects through ONGs such as World Vision and its microfinance division, VisionFund.
Performing in these positions is how he discovered photography finding a hobby of which, 6 years later, he would decide to make it his passion; he is currently dedicated to content production, social media management and marketing consulting.
This has made Elder a man who speaks with his work, leaving a mark in the world of Digital Marketing.
CLAUDIA LICONA
Claudia grew up in Tegucigalpa, Honduras and on the internet. She has served in key positions in various companies and advertising agencies, where she has gained experience, failures and successes in digital marketing, especially the richness of social media communities. As a strategist, she is in charge of designing and executing the strategies of our clients and new businesses, including their brand image, innovation, media and business intelligence.
FEDERICO PÉREZ
Federico Perez also is known as ‘'Fed” is a producer, composer and Engineer that specializes in House music, Hip-Hop and Film. He was born in Montevideo, Uruguay and moved to Bayonne, New Jersey at the age of 8. Growing up in the tri-state area gave him the advantage to experience different types of culture and people that influenced him throughout the years to create his own distinct work of art.
DANIEL IRÍAS
Daniel was born and raised in Honduras. At the age of 15, he moved to the States with his family. Coming from a family rich in culture influenced him into pursuing a more deep interest in film making.
He turned his filming career into a passion that would help him express himself through storytelling.
He found interest not only in filming but also in travel allowing him to understand more about different cultures.
He brings a fresh inspiring perspective when creating films and is fully committed to delivering the best every chance he gets.

PEDRO BARBOZA
Passionate about audiovisual arts, graduated from the Catholic University Cecilio Acosta in Venezuela, more than ten years ago, Director of his first film, a film that narrates the political situation in his country, Rebelión. The film from which came the documentary nominated for the Victory Awards in New York. He also develops experience in film and television with some audiovisual production agencies in the state of Florida, creating content for HBO, Discovery, Champion among other brands.
